Miniature Ball Bearing

The size table of micro ball bearings is shown in Table 1. All metric and imperial size series are based on ISO and ANSI/ABMA standards. The most widely used type with dust cover/sealing ring is 1-2mm wider than the open type.

The main components of these bearings are shown in Table 2. Bearings with stop rings can simplify the design of bearing housings, which are serialized and loaded into the size table. The non-contact double-sided dust cover ZZ and ZZA bearings are the most widely used in this type of bearing. Figure 1 shows the non contact rubber sealing ring LLB type, resin sealing ring SSA type, and contact rubber sealing ring LLU.
